Return & Refund Policy

At Hamro Veda Life Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products. All products undergo strict quality checks before reaching our customers.

However, in the rare event that a product does not meet your expectations due to a manufacturing or packaging defect, we have a fair and transparent return policy in place for our Representatives.

1. Conditions for Return/Exchange

If a Representative finds any issue with the product quality or packaging, they may request a return or exchange by following these conditions:

  • Time Frame: The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Point of Contact: Return must be initiated through the same Outlet/Distributor from where the product was purchased.
  • Reason: A genuine reason must be provided along with the request.

2. Required Documents for Returns

To complete the return/exchange process, the following documents must be submitted:

  • Duly filled Product Return Form stating the reason for return.
  • Original Invoice or Receipt of the purchase.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

Note: Representatives are advised to check expiry dates and packaging condition before initiating a return.

3.Ethical Purchasing Guidelines

Hamro Veda encourages responsible purchasing:

  • Products should be purchased based on genuine customer demand or personal use.
  • Representatives are encouraged to use a substantial portion of previously purchased products before placing new orders.
  • Return requests for products that have no quality or packaging issues may not be accepted.
  • Repeated or excessive returns without valid reasons may result in additional review of future return requests.

Hamro Veda Life Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to review and approve all return requests.
